ABOUT WELLNESS WALES

Our intention is simple: to offer a complete package of health and wellness set within the extraordinary Mountains of Snowdonia National Park. 


Our work includes Meditation, Breathwork, Body Led Psychotherapy, Sports Massage and Equipment Pilates. We run all types of sessions ranging from one to ones, groups sessions, workshops and trainings and monthly retreats. Get in touch to find out more or book a session.

About Ollie and Sam:


Oliver James is a Body Led Therapist, Breathworker and author of 21 Breaths. With over seventeen years experience working in health and wellbeing he weaves active meditation, breath, bodywork and consciousness exploration to support a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. 


Samuel Heaton-Wright is certified masseur, meditation specialist and trained in the arts of psychic development. He brings a wealth of knowledge and his deep connection to the natural elements to help people connect with themselves and each other.
