About Oliver and Sam: 

Having run a wellness community for over 4000 people in Dorset and Hampshire, Oliver and Sam wondered what might be possible if they allowed themselves to dream bigger. Letting imagination run wild they envisaged something extraordinary: craggy mountains in the back, glistening seas in the front and wild fields that people could hike and explore.  


In the Autumn of 2021, their dreams came true in the shape of the beautiful Nant Heddwch. Views capable of stealing breath, they realised they had found, not only a place they could call home, but a sacred space within which people could heal and transform. 


Whether you are looking to destress and unwind, improve your health and wellbeing or plant the seeds of change you need and deserve, Oliver and Sam invite you to join them in the breath taking lands of Garndolbenmaen, North Wales.


Oliver James is a body led therapist, breath worker and author of 21 Breaths. With over seventeen years working in health and wellbeing he weaves meditation, bodywork and conscious exploration to support a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. 


Samuel Heaton-Wright is certified masseur, meditation specialist and trained in the arts of psychic development. He brings a wealth of knowledge and his deep connection to the natural elements to help people connect with themselves and each other.
